Check the bytes before handoff.

Compare selected files with a limit you enter. One MB means 1,000,000 bytes.

The default 5 MB is illustrative, not a portal requirement. Enter the recipient's actual limit. For a per-file limit, check one file at a time.

The calculation

Required reduction = (1 − limit ÷ total bytes) × 100, when the total exceeds the limit. Example only: 8 MB to 5 MB requires at least 37.5% reduction. This tool does not perform compression or validate PDF contents.
